"At 3.30 in the morning disaster struck. I'd offered to take my ex-husband and the children to Gatwick, they were off to Tenerife - or were they? I was coming off the M25 onto the M23 and right on the bend my car juddered to a halt. He'd asked me to take his car but I was happier driving mine. "Told you so" was written all over his face, and, we were in a really dangerous position. Luckily, I'd joined motoreasy. In 20 minutes the recovery company arrived - transported me and the car 70 miles home, and then collected it later that morning to take it to the local motoreasy approved garage. It could have cost me £700 for the recovery at that time of night and over £1,500 for the repairs. Thanks to motoreasy it was all covered for less than £30 per month (and the price of a cup of tea!). And I've yet to have the service and MOT!
Oh - and as for the ex and the kids - a Good Samaritan saved the recovery company another journey - they made the plane, and had a fantastic time!
